Our rooms appeared immaculate. The rooms had plenty of extras. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were quite comfortable. It was the highlight of a miserable trip. I would definitely look for a Hawthorn when traveling again.

I like staying here in El Paso. It's a really nice and recently refurbished hotel. The staff is genuinely helpful. The location is comfortable and magnificent, right next to the airport. They also have a cozy bar next door.

They put us so far away from the elevator and parking that each time we needed to go somewhere it took us 15 mins to get to or from our car.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet better than most. Great value for the money.
Our room was rather small, and the swimming pool water too cool to enjoy (but the hot tub felt great!)
