The staff were amazingly nice and consistently courteous all the time. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right by restaurants and the Main Street of El Paso. Hot and delicious breakfast, really enjoyed the place

It was calm and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with courteous staff and magnificent location close to airport. The breakfast had lots of options: eggs, bacon and hot waffles. We had the most great few days 

Nicely updated hotel. The staff were absolutely professional. Ideal and prime location close to shopping stores. Really close to the airport and lots of restaurants. Couple different restaurants to choose from, as well as shopping and a golf course.

Unbelievable value for money! Amazing breakfast, new gym equipment, two pools , exceptional service.

Our rooms appeared immaculate. The rooms had plenty of extras. The hot breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were quite comfortable. It was the highlight of a miserable trip. I would definitely look for a Hawthorn when 

The room we stayed in was pretty spacious with a cozy kitchen, two queen beds, and a bathroom. The location of the sink was convenient 👍.

I like staying here in El Paso. It's a really nice and recently refurbished hotel. The staff is genuinely helpful. The location is comfortable and magnificent, right next to the airport. They also have a cozy bar next door. 

The breakfast was good, and location was great.

They put us so far away from the elevator and parking that each time we needed to go somewhere it took us 15 mins to get to or from our car.

This recently refurbished establishment offers rooms with picturesque mountain views, new furnishings, and a cozy bed, located conveniently close to excellent dining options and the airport.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet better than most. Great value for the money.

Our room was rather small, and the swimming pool water too cool to enjoy (but the hot tub felt great!)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location, room & facilities were clean and nice for guests. This is a good hotel for the frequent traveler.
